Sell Smarter
Selling online can be time-consuming. With ConsignIt, you can turn pre-loved items into cash quickly and safely without meetups with unknown buyers.
Whether you are decluttering a home, moving out kids’ outgrown stuff, or even upgrading small electronics and equipment, ConsignIt gives you a straightforward, flexible solution.
We use a simple consignment commission model, where we keep a portion of the selling price when your items sell and pay the rest to you.
ConsignIt in 3 easy steps:
1. Bring It In
Fill out the online intake form, set your price range, then drop off your items at Mail Boxes Etc. Harbour Walk location Monday to Saturday.
2. We Do the Work
We’ll hold and display your items. For more exposure, we can advertise them for you for a small fee per item. The consignment period is 14 days. During this time interested buyers come to us and not to the seller’s house or place of work.
3. The Seller Gets Paid
When your items sell, our team will notify you and settle a payout to your bank account.
Clear, simple, and hassle-free.

Clearing the Clutter: A First-Hand Experience Selling with ConsignIt
Thanks for visiting our site to find out more about our consignment service located at Mail Boxes Etc. in Harbour Walk. We asked a client who recently used the service during our trial period to write an honest review. What we got was much more than a review, and with her permission, we share it here for you.
“Like many parents, I had closets and storage bins full of things we just didn’t use anymore. Toys my kids had outgrown, small electronics they had upgraded, and household items that no longer fit our space. After a round of de-cluttering, I realized I had two choices: let the items sit around or find them a new home — and maybe make some extra money in the process. That’s when I came across this consignment service.
The model is simple. You bring in your items, they sell them for you and you split the proceeds. They keep a commission of the sale price for items dropped off, and charge a $5 fee if you want them to advertise with online listings.
At first, I thought I’d list some things myself online. But it takes time to photograph, describe, post, and then respond to messages from interested buyers. After trying both ways, I realized I’d rather pay a little extra and let the consignment team handle it. All I had to do was fill in the form, drop off my items and wait for the money to show up in my bank account, which it did!
Overall, the experience was positive. Some things sold quickly, while others took a little longer. I ended up dropping the price on a couple of things, but I still felt it was worth it, considering the convenience.
The best part? My house feels lighter, I earned some extra cash, and I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of strangers coming to my door. In fact, I never met a single buyer. The team handled everything safely and professionally.
For me, the small commission was a fair trade-off for the time, effort, and stress I saved. Next time I might just skip the DIY listings and let the store take care of everything from the start.”
